Hello! I’m Heather!
I am a Registered Nurse and Transformative Coach. I am also initiated in the realm of Reiki. I am a life long student of yoga and it’s teachings.. I am a mother of two beautiful souls; and claim my identity with a curious and adventurous heart. I seek to see the beauty in all things and find joy in the simplest pleasures as well as the grandest adventures. You can find me on the trail, on my yoga mat, with my feet in the dirt or creek, or anywhere this adventure takes me.
I believe that we all should be seen WHOLLY and FULLY, allowing our Light to be Vibrant and Radiantly shining. And I work to help you discover that.
When we lean in and reclaim ALL of ourselves, understand who we truly are, in this space that we come home to ourselves and our truest callings.
